How to Request Replacement
- Go to My Orders and select the order
- Click on "Request Replacement"
- Select the reason and upload photos if required
- Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
- Schedule a pickup or drop at nearest center
Non-Replaceable Items
- Products with tampered seals
- Used or altered products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
